Reuben is a graduate of Spaulding High school in Barre, VT. He attended the University of Southern Maine where he graduated with a degree in Industrial Technology and dual concentrations in Industrial Management and Electro-Mechanical systems. He is also a graduate of the National Apartments Associations “Certified Apartment Manager” program . Reuben is on the board of directors for Freezing Fun for Families, Central VT Young Professionals and CVEDC. He lives in East Montpelier with his fiancé and their dog Rugby!

Mark is a graduate of Spaulding High school and was born and raised in Barre. Mark graduated from West Virginia University with a degree in Business Administration and minors in Public Relations and Communications. Mark is on the board of directors of Freezing Fun for Families, Barre Area Development, and the Central Vermont Young Professionals. He lives in E. Montpelier with his wife and dogs Porter & Dixie.

Mike grew up in Essex and is a graduate of Essex High School and Bridgewater State University. Mike has worked in Affordable Housing Property Management for the last 20 years. He is an 11 year member of the Vermont Soccer Officials Association. He lives in Essex with his wife, two teenage daughters, and his dog Brownie. In his spare time Mike plays ice hockey and disc golf, and spends a lot of time with his family either at his daughters sporting events or sitting around a bonfire in their backyard.

Alicia is a graduate of Spaulding High School and was born and raised in Barre, VT. She has a background in Communications and Marketing and graduated from Champlain College.  In 2018 Alicia was named one of Vermont Business Magazine's top 10 Rising Stars under 40. She is the Chair of the Vermont Granite Museum and President of Gen-Rotary. She lives in Barre with her husband, daughter and their 2 dogs.

Kendall is originally from South Florida. She graduated early from Norwich University with a degree in Construction Management. She has worked in both commercial and residential construction, recently transitioning from Maine, running a $5.2M federal grant program for housing improvements. Kendall holds several licenses for lead paint abatement and inspections. She is excited to be back in Central VT with her hound dog Gotham!

Nick graduated from U-32 in 2002. He has over 18 years in the customer service field making him an asset to our team. Nick has 2 wonderful kids, a fantastic wife and 2 adorable puppies!

Bailey is a graduate of Spaulding High School and joined Stone and Browning in 2019. Her background is in customer relations and she has helped our company grow in many aspects. In her free time Bailey enjoys spending time with her family and kitty Cleo! Bailey is on the board of Our House of Central Vermont and is a rotarian in Gen-Rotary.

Abby is originally from Upstate New York. She graduated from Saranac High School and came to Vermont to attend Norwich University, graduating in 2018.  She joined our team in July 2020. Abby has a background in volunteer management and in her free time she likes to go on hikes, volunteer, and read. She has an adorable cat named Chai. Abby is a long time member of Rotary as well!

Jamal grew up in NorthEast Ohio. A graduate of The George Washington University with a degree in International Business Administration, Jamal has run his own educational entertainment company for over 25 years. He's a DJ for private events and weddings, a mural artist, and performer. He also teaches Hip Hop in schools, universities and after school programs. Drawn to the mountains of Vermont, Jamal has been coaching competitive snowboarding for over a decade. He lives in Warren with his partner and their new baby boy.

Austin is a graduate of Mount Anthony Union High School in Bennington, VT. After completing high school he began his career in asset management. He started as a grounds keeper and has worked through each position in the maintenance department. He obtained his universal EPA at the ESCO institute in North Carolina as well as his CPO. Austin has 8+ years of experience in new construction, as well as overseeing million dollar capital projects. Austin lives in Barre with his husband and their dog Sebastian. When Austin isn’t working he enjoys being outside going for walks and hikes.

Aaron comes from over 15 years in the construction business and will be managing our projects in Chittenden and Franklin County. He is an A-Z carpenter, enjoys finish work but not afraid to get his hands dirty!

Jim has been a valued member of our team for many years and is great at what he does. He is a fantastic carpenter and a jack of all trades. In his spare time Jim loves to work around his house, go up to camp with his family and spend time with his wife and kids!

Will grew up on a farm and previously has worked for 20 years in live theater production! When he is not working he runs a disc golf series that has 14 different events. Between maintenance jobs find Will snacking on his go to snack of black licorice!

Brad graduated from Spaulding High School in 2011, since then he joined the Army and served as a Military Police officer and has traveled to Hawaii, Alaska, and Malaysia. Brad has also worked as a carpenter, basement waterproofer, and project administrator which have all led him to love repairing homes! When Brad is not at work he likes to hike with his family and work on various projects.

Mike grew up on a farm and has been working in the maintenance realm for years! In the winter, Mike enjoys snowmobile rides in his free time and when warmer weather hits you can find mike taking his motorcycle on rides throughout Vermont!

Troy lives in Berlin, Vermont with his 3 kids! He has been working in construction for 6 years and now is part of our maintenance team! When he is not hard at work, he likes watching his kids play their respective sports. He also likes spending time in the woods!

Quinn is a graduate of Bellows Free Academy High School. He is currently employed as our intern and is swiftly learning the ropes of Property Management. Quinn has some background is tenant communication and has been an asset to the team. He is currently attending college for Business Management.
